To lose weight you need to lose fat; to lose fat you need to take low
fat diet with proper weight training; everyone wants to build muscles
be it an obese or a skinny person; building muscles is not easy; it
requires lots of sacrifice, patience, determination and dedication to
achieve that perfect muscular frame; there are people who start
exercising but at some point they lose motivation to achieve muscular
body.
How to go about?
Muscle building is not a joke; it requires tremendous will power to
get the desired results; one has to go through tremendous pain after
undergoing heavy weight training and at times people abandon
everything because they are not able to cope with pain and training
routines day-in and day-out; when you do anything in life you need to
enjoy it; if you enjoy the work you do, you will never ever feel like
quitting it; similarly when you do muscle building you need to enjoy
it; just like the way you enjoy playing games; if you make muscle
building your hobby you will never feel like quitting muscle building;
we play games because they are like a hobby for us, something which we
love doing; so we need to build muscle as if we are playing some game;
to enjoy building muscles you need to always workout in a group
because you will never get fed-up of exercising; especially working
out with close friends is more enjoyable and in breaks you can crack
jokes too, this will keep you highly motivated; music is a very good
stress buster and it motivates you while doing no nonsense muscle building exercises; so when you start your workout play music of your favorite
movies or artist which will motivate you during your exercise

During my years of experience as a bodybuilding trainer, I have seen
people get motivated just by looking at people working out hard
especially in gyms; playing music always brings best out of you and
you never feel like stopping your workout sessions; just remember
start enjoying your workout just like you enjoy games and make workout
your hobby; I bet you will enjoy workouts.
